Balé da Cidade de
São Paulo

The Balé da Cidade de São Paulo is the official dance company of the city of São Paulo, Brazil, and is part of the production and diffusion structure of the Theatro Municipal de São Paulo.

During 2011, under the direction of Lara Pinheiro, and from 2013 to 2016, under the direction of Iracity Cardoso, Simone Camargo was a dancer of the company. She has participated in the creations of Alex Soares, Andonis Foniadakis, André Mesquita, Itzik Galili, Liliane de Grammont, Luis Arrieta, Marisa Bucoff, Mauro Bigonzetti, Oscar Arraiz, Stefano Poda, Suzana Yamauchi and Victor Navarro.
